Control your breaks & releases for seamless movement on the field.

1 step at a time. Don’t rush. Don’t pre determine what you’re doing or where you’re going. Be reactive!

Easy warm up drill before your practice/session

Focus on:
• Violent hip drop
• 3 efficient steps
• Run into AND out of your break

Drill this everyday to help improve your breakpoint.

Smooth is fast 💨

Being able to control your speed as a WR is extremely important.

It doesn’t matter how fast you are if you can’t control the detailed movements!

Control & Efficiency

Speed sticks through the cones right into a controlled, clean, efficient 3-Step break. Run away from the breakpoint to finish the rep.

The goal has always been to be who I needed & make an impact in the community that raised me.

Everything else has been just a bonus.

The phrase “hand down, man down” definitely applies in press situations 🗣️

I never advertised that it was going to be easy❗️Can’t say you want to be great & not have the work ethic to match.
