✨there’s beauty in the wreckage✨

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

LESS SHAKE OUT, MORE ALL OUT 😵‍💫

Absolute scenes watching all women dropping the hammer 🔨🦔

all crews backing each other, everyone stepping up next to the elite field and emptying the tank completely - together, as Berlin’s fastest.

And @becca.staccata will forever stand as the blueprint for what finding beauty in the wreckage looks like 🚨

Thank you @coachomargonzalez for your continuous guidance in training and all group workout structures. Eyes set to the Fall.

Another one in the bank with my beloved @atemiles.rc

It’s a god damn privilege getting to do this with so many incredible people. Communities are nothing without the people that create them. We don’t choose how they evolve or where they go, but this one is one of the good ones. I feel so proud of everyone who makes @atemiles.rc what it is, so for that, thank you.

Also a big thank you to @brett_robinson23 for making me feel fast.

Came for the marathon but stayed for the @robertaspizza, foliage, and the occasional rat sighting. New York, what happened to the rats? 👀
