I forgot to post this picture of Hop Butcher’s Oktoberfest Bier. Though the best in the hazy game, this Marzen was outstanding! #oktoberfest #oktoberfest2026🍻🇺🇸🇩🇪🥨#horstlovesbeer #justsayhorst

Oktoberfest in Munchen might be coming to an end, but not here in Streamwood. Beautiful day with a Scarecrows in Lederhosen Marzen Lager from Riverlands! #oktoberfest #oktoberfest2026🍻🇺🇸🇩🇪🥨#horstlovesbeer #justsayhorst

Many times, I confess my favorite seasonal beer is Oktoberfest,. Whether it is the Marzen or Festbier, I love them. Because of many commitments this weekend, we missed one of our favorites, Brother Chimp Oktoberfest. Steve, Jessica, Mike, Evan, and te rest of the team are awesome. I am currently enjoying a “ Schimpansenfest in the original Brother Chimp Oktoberfest Steinbraker. This is a fantastic brewery with even better people! Go see them and enjoy a Schimpansenfest before it is gone! #oktoberfest #oktoberfedt2026🍻🇺🇸🙏🏻 #horstlovesbeer #justsayhorst

I appreciate that Goldfinger brews their Marzen beginning in March, just like it was originally in the beginning of Oktoberfest Celebrations.
Great job on this one, Tom and Jeremy!

Roaring Table brews great beers. Their festbier is one of my all time favorite seasonal beer. I do have to say that Lane brews an excellent Marzen as well. I wish I had some hot pretzels right now!!!

I am envious of Evanston. They have three outstanding breweries in Double Clutch, St. Errant, and Sketchbook. All three brew great beers, especially Marzen’s and Fest Biers. I will probably miss DC’s Fest Bier, but so happy to have this Marzen from Sketchbook!
