a little (big) update . . I am in arguably the most stable, all-round happy place I’ve ever been. Work is going great (still working on becoming a pro athlete, not really getting anywhere tho). Running is sick. I’ve made new friends (under appreciated how hard this is as an adult icl). I’ve been treated to some unreal scran, with even more unreal company. I’m yet to announce my next big goal because I’m (a massive🐱) always shooting myself in the foot and don’t make it to the start line. But trust me, we’re cooking something up 🧑‍🍳 The only negatives include: • being woken up by the police at 2am (apparently producing absolute drivel content is a crime) • days aren’t long enough • suns decided to take a sabbatical • I’ve run out of coffee beans and my replacement isn’t due until Friday I love this game ❤️ . . #running #runninginspiration #blessed #runningmotivation #ukrunchat

In this weeks news, @wrights_2018 Norwich location has closed. It’s is very sad for Norwich but understandable with how the hospitality market is going right now! So if you do anything this month, or for the rest of the year (or forever) please shop independent. It would be such a shame to lose any more of the wonderful independent cafes, restaurants, coffee shops etc… that Norwich has to offer, it really is what makes Norwich! We’re getting married this week and lots of our friends and family are travelling to Norwich, some have never been and we’ve had lots of people ask for recommendations on places to eat, so this post is a collection of some of my fave independent restaurants/cafes in Norwich (some Norfolk)
