No we are NOT a gym! And nope not normal at all! We are THAT place that makes everything we do a party!
@highfitness on Monday...Party!
@surgefit Tuesday Night...right, PARTY!
And even a barre class, a yoga sesh or Pilates private will definitely be fun and feel like ---well, you get it----PARTAY!

So on New Years Eve at 8:30am after a 90 minute challenging but wow, fun workout -

Guess what we did??? Uh-huh we had a little champagne toasting, kicking countdown to ring in 2025 Dance party! Listen to the laughter! That's real, not staged!

So when you're thinking about next year, and where to plan your goals, what gym to join and considering a community? -
