Not bad for a person who graduated high school with a 1.2 GPA...I got it up to a 3.6 in college 🙂‍↔️🥂

I read more books to understand that reading is a skill that translates beyond storytelling, it builds character 📚

Even with my clients I make sure to suggest helpful references like @johntruby's "The Anatomy of Story". There has to be an understanding of fundamentals as we build up these literary, cinematic, or game worlds.

Art pours into art. If you take a trip to Houston be sure to stop at @houstonmaac for a delightful experience of Black artistic expression.

Bonsoir, Good Evening. It's nice to meet you! I've been living in LA for eight years so far after finishing my time in the military, and during that time I've made a solid reputation for myself. My love for storytelling runs deep but my passion for servicing other runs deeper!

One thing the military taught me is that conditioning is an asset you carry for life. The endurance I built as a 7th Special Forces Group Paratrooper still pays dividends today. Years later, every run, workout, and challenge feels less like starting from scratch and more like waking up a foundation that was already there. That's why I train for performance, longevity, and life, not just aesthetics. And that's what I want for everyone around me.

We are mindful of our fitness and health so we can just do stuff like this with friends 😂 🏈 How are you being intentional and mindful this week?
