Baylor, you have shaped in me ways I’d never imagine…

Three years, countless memories, and one incredible journey later, I’m so proud to be graduating from Baylor University. 💚💛

I’m excited to announce, I’ll be staying at Baylor next fall as I pursue my Master of Public Health in Bioethics with @baylorpublichealth

Forever grateful for the people and experiences that brought me here. Sic ’em, forever.

This event was close to my heart.
There was so much joy, tears, and reminiscing as Land of a Thousand Hills - Cypress closed their doors after 10 years.

It was a night full of love, laughter, and stories- people sharing how one coffee shop changed their lives.

LTH has been a staple in so many lives. Over the years, it’s been a place where people fell in love, grew their families, graduated college, and started new adventures. A place where strangers became friends, and friends became family.

I had the privilege of working with Melinda when she began this brave journey in 2015. During my time there, I went on unforgettable adventures, fell even more in love with coffee, and built meaningful connections that have shaped who I am today. I’m beyond grateful for the Bodukoglu family and everything Land of a Thousand Hills has meant to this community.

Hasta luego, Guatemala!

“and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills—to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts.”

“It is solved by walking” (St Augustine)…and I’m glad to have sat, walked, ran, and sprinted with the people I love dearly.

My year was tough and filled with obstacles but also with opportunities and whimsy! I travelled with my University sponsoring me on two different trips one out of state in Connecticut and the other in Austin; I met so many more people I hold dear to my heart; I FINALLY RAISED MY GPA TO MY GOAL; I also started a new position at Baylor that allows me to talk to so many different people in the higher academic sphere which has helped me to start writing my own academic paper in my field of humanities research; I got an official job offer for the summer in Phoenix, Arizona with PepsiCo; and so many more smaller and bigger things. I have been blessed beyond belief. And more often now, I look back more and more on what I used to do and say…I have changed for the better! Thanks for reading this LONG rant, and God bless you for being in my life.
