Extension/renovation completed the end of last year in lenzie, we were back building a tool shed a few months ago which the client has now painted and is finally insta ready 😎 We had to remove over 60 tonnes of soil/brick and slabs and build a retaining wall before we could even think about laying our foundation! We then erected a steel structure to support our new roof and tie in to existing, after that….. job was relatively straight forward , few brick walls knocked down, full rewire , kitchen, aluminium bi folds, french door, flooring and new internal doors throughout. Female Client is now delighted with her new bright comfortable modern space whilst the male client is happy sitting in his tool shed 😉 outside finished with stunning porcelain slabs by @wslandscapesbuilding Another amazing design by @s2_arch

New garden!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 new builds come with about 6 slab unless you pay a crazy amount for an upgrade…🙄 the garden was looking a bit tired and drainage was non existent so decided to have a bit of a redo. Have staged the garden over two levels…New and bigger patio area and generally redoing everything. In the spring will look at planting the beds 💪🏻
