Are you ready? 👀

Because this floor plan is back! And the last time we built it, it didn’t last long.

1430 Farmhouse Avenue brings 1,610 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan, and so many details that give this one a serious WOW factor.

The kitchen backsplash alone deserves a moment… but add in the trim detail in the primary suite, that soaking tub + wet space, a dedicated dining area, corner lot, beautiful front elevation, and a backyard with plenty of room… and yeah, this one is GOOD!

Same floor plan we already loved. Completely new personality.

10 REASONS TO HIRE A DESIGNER 🖤

Hiring a designer is about so much more than picking pretty tile and paint colors.

It’s about creating a home that feels intentional from the moment you walk through the door.

Over the last 10 posts, we’ve shared some of the biggest reasons working with a designer can completely change the building, remodeling, or decorating experience:

1. Avoid expensive mistakes
2. Create a cohesive home
3. Know where to save & where to splurge
4. Catch the details others may miss
5. Take the overwhelm out of hundreds of decisions
6. Create spaces that are beautiful and functional
7. Make your home feel more custom
8. Balance timeless design with current trends
9. See the finished vision before all the pieces come together
10. Create a home that feels uniquely YOU

At H/S Design Group, we believe good design isn’t about filling a house with expensive things.

It’s about making thoughtful decisions that work together to create a home that looks beautiful, functions beautifully, and feels like somewhere you genuinely want to live.

Whether you’re building from the ground up, remodeling a space, or simply don’t know how to pull everything together, you don’t have to figure out every decision alone.

Thoughtful Design. Timeless Spaces. Intentional Living.

Some homes don’t need to be loud to make an impression.

1431 Farmhouse Avenue is all about the details that just work together — classic selections, warm finishes, beautiful natural light, and a design that feels like it’ll look just as good years from now as it does today.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers 1,433 square feet with beautiful vinyl flooring throughout the main living spaces, custom cabinetry, plenty of counter space, carefully selected lighting, and windows that bring in tons of natural light.

And then there’s the primary suite. The wet space pairs a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower with the prettiest wood-look tile, creating a warm, serene finish that might just be our favorite part of this one.

Timeless. Warm. And officially ready for its new owner.
