Expect the unexpected when Little Bastard rolls up! Man says he’s curated a bass-heavy selection loaded with deep dubs & breakbeat that’ll test even BADA BING! Challenge accepted! 👊🏽👊🏽
.
For those that don't know and those that just like a backstory; Little Bastard (aka Lil B) was an integral part of the legendary Good Buzz & Chill Pill crews along with numerous appearances at clubs like Studio 9, Sandwiches and legendary raves like the Gathering.
.
The last time Little Bastard joined us behind the decks was at Rumble in the Jungle, so we reckon he’s long overdue to send some seismic tremors with us! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Join us at the Cabana on 18 December 2026, for the last Heretaunga Dub Club session of the year and the showdown between Little Bastard and BADA BING Sound! 🔥🔥🔥

Tickets at Eventbrite, Link in bio/comments ❤️💛💚

✨ Emerson Street is getting its own soundtrack on the Sainsbury Logan & Williams Stage 👇

Five acts are coming to this stage across the night, with family-friendly singalongs, funk, soul, rock, pop-punk and plenty of big favourites along the way. A big thanks to Sainsbury Logan & Williams for backing the stage and helping bring the music to Nuit Blanche 🙏

🎤 5.30pm | Sammy & The Fam
Upbeat, fun music for the whole family, with singalong moments built into every song. Expect plenty of dancing from the crowd too, and maybe a few songs that get stuck in your head afterwards.

🎸 6pm | Willsy & Friends
Willsy brings together a loose collection of talented Hawke’s Bay musicians for a set drawing on soul, reggae, jazz, funk and psychedelic rock. His bass playing and love of a good groove sit alongside the spontaneity of a proper jam.

🎶 7pm | bEITles
Three EIT music students bringing their love of The Beatles, Green Day and Weezer to the stage, alongside other 90s and 2000s pop-punk and alternative rock favourites. They’ll also be playing some of their own original songs.

🎤 8pm | Ollie Burns
Ollie Burns doesn’t just play a set, he puts on a show. Expect plenty of crowd interaction and a performance that can move from high-energy moments to something a little more unexpected.

🕺 9pm | Dirty Secrets
This five-piece Napier covers band rounds out the night with big vocals and upbeat favourites from the 80s through to today. If you know the words, you’ll probably be singing along.

This Sunday, 4 October, we’re settling into the garden for a proper long afternoon — good tunes, cold drinks and all your favourite people in one place.

Highkings DJ will be on the decks from 2pm, joined by local legend Wilsy on bass and the seriously talented Ella on sax. Doors open from 11am, with drink specials running all day: $10 Rosebud Cocktails and $10 Heineken.

Find a sunny spot, get amongst the lawn games or simply settle in with a drink while the music rolls on. The playground is always open for the little ones too, plus a free kids meal upgrade on offer.

This is what Sundays in your social backyard are made for.
