“One day” has dates now.

More “holy shit, I’m really here” moments.
Ocean air. A volcano under our feet. Dinners that turn into hours of laughing.

Experiences you’ll remember forever.

So that’s what we’re doing.

Everything is handled. All you have to do is say yes and show up.

Ten amazing souls already joining us.
Room for a few more.

UNBOUND: UNTAMED
March 3–9, 2027
Mizata, El Salvador

***I also have an opportunity for a photographer or videographer to join us and help document the experience***

If that’s you—or someone you know—share this or message me! 🙏

One week ago, we arrived.

But this started long before that. Years ago, actually.
The desire was always there… but so were the limiting beliefs.

Then last July—
planning on my own, no location, no guests, just a vision

UNBOUND landed.

And I fell to my knees and sobbed.

Not out of sadness…
but because something in me finally felt ready.

Ready to be seen.
Ready to lead.
Ready to build what I had only dreamt of for years.

Hearing even a glimpse of what this experience meant,
from a few of the incredible souls who made this come to life…

Watching what it became, what it created, what they’re carrying home—

I don’t even have the words.

Thank you for healing, reconnecting, and growing right alongside me—
and for bringing this dream to life.

Final morning: LAUNCH

Sitting with everything that moved through this space…

so much felt
so much released

and a quiet kind of pride
for how I showed up
for all of it

On our last morning @koshascr invited me to receive during morning practice 🙏

and the gong during savasana 🙌

I will never forget this experience & all that was shared.

And to everyone @riochirripo you all were exceptional! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The intention of the day was EMBODYING

Not just understanding…
but feeling it in the body

Yesterday’s cacao ceremony opened something deeper
for all of us

For me, it was meeting my younger self
and finally offering her the words she needed

“I’m so proud of you and how strong you were.”

I will never forget this day—
and what it unlocked

Today was our one excursion day. We visited the waterfalls at Nauyaca and the beach at Dominical.

The intention for the day was PRESENCE

• water on our skin
• our feet on the earth
• nothing to fix
• nowhere else to be

not chasing the moment…
just fully inside of it

Today’s intention, RELEASING.

Softening the grip.

What you stop holding, stops holding you.

Day one. OPENING

I love this.
I love creating this.

Still softening into the truth that
I might actually be thriving in it.

Thank you.
