Popps’ 60th @tavaruaislandresort 🇫🇯
First @roark trip & first time to Chile w @clementevaldes 🇨🇱
First time to the ments as an adult @siboncharters 🇮🇩

1-8 During a 6 week lifeguard stint on @tavaruaislandresort my dad @brucebeach20 was able to make it down the last 2 weeks of my stay during his 60th birthday. It was really special as it is both our favorite place on earth, and was his first return in over a decade. I had one of the best sessions of my life this trip at Cloudbreak, cherry on top getting to share it with @john_john_florence Thank you to the entire Tavarua family for all the love and memories throughout my life.❤️❤️❤️

9-14 My first @roark trip and my first time to Chile 🇨🇱
Surfed and adventured through Arica and the Atacama desert with an insane crew @pele_chin @natezoller @mrthankyouplease_ @xabierazcaratephoto @guga.dvorquez @pablojimenez_photo @finlaywoods
Then made my way south and met up with @clementevaldes who took me under his wing for 3 weeks. We ate, drank, froze our asses off and drove the up and down the coast daily! He quickly became like a brother to me and introduced me to so many rad people. His family and friends made me feel welcomed and Chile quickly became one of my favorite places on earth. When it got stormy Clemente recommended I go snowboarding and by the grace of God, first chairlift I met and became friends with local pro and awesome human from the mountain @free_beer_gonzo We rode all day long as he showed me the ropes at Nevados de Chillán w @lifestylist282 . A highlight for me was linking up w local shapers that make insane boards and becoming friends for life with @sg.shapes & @cabezassurfboards

15-20 First trip as an adult to the Ments aboard @siboncharters 🇮🇩 Thank you @icaroronchi @thefluidaperture @alessi_soncini @mhd.rizky26 for the experience of a lifetime. Sharing it with uncle Casey was really special, he’s always been a major supporter and influence on my life .@buckknife1964 Having @bruce_wood_go @baylorsurfs and the Brazilian crew @phellipebarcellos @renatodule @cris.ceara was classic.
