By far the sickest thing I’ve had the opportunity to do. @britishcycling team GB Enduro World Champs in Finale. Support, location and week was insane. Won’t be forgetting about this one for a while! Unfortunately, got a mechanical stage 1 and from then on it was survival for the rest of the day. But was a win just being there! 🌈

▶️ Trail Leader Training – Coming in Hot! ◀️

Four amazing aspiring mountain bike leaders started their British Cycling Trail Leader journey with us this week. 🚵‍♂️🌲

Across the two days, we explored the skills needed to safely and confidently lead groups on local trails — and further afield into the deepest, darkest corners of the Wye Valley!

Plenty of riding, leadership, decision-making and learning along the way.

Great work, guys! 👊

Now it’s time to consolidate those skills, build up the ride log and get ready for assessment.

Fancy becoming a qualified mountain bike leader?

What a weekend at the Hope Women’s Enduro! 🚲✨

Different vibes for me this year, but absolutely loved every single second of it...

Friday ⏩ Started with an amazing 1:2 coaching session for @wyemtb, getting two incredible ladies prepped for Sunday’s race. Going back to being the pilot for such a lush afternoon! These girls smashed it, smiled the whole way through, and ended up taking a PODIUM and 4th place! 🏆 So ridiculously proud of you both! #Superstars

Saturday ⏩ A day with the Little Fodders, coaching and inspiring the next generation of riders. Nothing beats watching young riders build their confidence! 🌲

Sunday ⏩ Donned the high-vis, grabbed the radio, and headed out for marshalling duties on Twisted Sister! Armed with two cowbells, a speaker, and max enthusiasm 🔔🔊

My main goal was to be the ultimate hype-woman—to cheerlead every single one of you amazing women and help lift you across that finish line. Last year, a marshal who turned the woods into a party made me smile when I needed it most, and I just wanted to pass that exact energy forward. I hope the noise helped you power through!

Now time to rest... because my voice is officially gone! 😂🎤 more tea needed 😆 🤣

▶️ Staff Training ◀️

Back to our good friends at @thekenelmyouthtrust 🙌

It’s a real honour that every September we get to head back and work with their new staff team, helping them build the skills, confidence and knowledge to get the most out of the outdoors.

Day 1 was a blast — and, let’s be honest, it isn’t staff training without a bit of rain! ☔️

We kicked things off with a great session exploring ‘What makes a good leader?’ before putting those ideas into practice with some essential trail-side bike repairs and problem-solving.

Then it was time to get outside for a ride through the Churnet Valley, putting the skills into practice and getting to know the local trails.

A brilliant first day with a great group. Plenty more to come! 🚵‍♂️🌲
