It’s kind of unbelievable. How the universe hears you. Sometimes out loud or even in your heart. In exactly two years, we doubled the size of our DC store and opened the second store in Baltimore. Soooo many ebbs and flows. Ups and down. But being thankful and humbled by the love, journey, and sweat never ceases. We can be anywhere else. But here...here is where the blessings have been given.

Words cannot express the amount gratitude for the support of this new milestone. From @brownbelle & @wyssio designing our new space, @heavypaperco creating our signage and coming through to save the day in the middle of night, and #WACIF and Street Sense for providing us statistical information and data free of charge before we even knew this could really happen. @ofori_enterprise_llc a badass realestate agent who flipped a building and saw us in the plan. @n8ivsun for bringing Mama Januwa Moja (one of our very first customers EVER) to bless our space. ALL of our artist family for hooking up a sick gift bag and coming through with hugs as we celebrate this moment for all of us.

When someone believes in you, they show it not in by what they say but what they do. When we gave @brownbelle & @wyssio the challenge of designing our new #Baltimore store, they took it and poured #energy, #love, and #grace. You may know @brownbelle as our #mixologist for @blackloveexperience or #chef for our curated dinner, but now you can add spacial #designer to the roster. We can’t wait for you to see this weekend!
