Variety is the spice of life (and fitness)!

As fun as strength and hypertrophy (muscle building) training are, those are not the only trainable qualities!

The body loves movement variability and it just feels really good to be well rounded and not a one trick pony in regard to fitness. It’s also a great way to keep your routine fresh and fun!

Cardiovascular conditioning, mobility/end range training, plyometrics, swimming, endurance training, kickboxing … the list goes on and on!

Your typical bodybuilder isn’t slow and unathletic from training like a bodybuilder… they’re slow and unathletic (not ALL bodybuilders) because they don’t do anything except for lift weights. The body is extremely adaptable… for better or for worse and your training will reflect those adaptations!

This is your sign to add something new that you’re not currently good at to your routine! Your body and future self will thank you!

DC turned into a room full of game changers. Being around some of the biggest entrepreneurs in the world reminded me—your environment shapes your elevation. 💼✨ #AspireTour #DC #ᴇɴᴛʀᴇᴘʀᴇɴᴇᴜʀᴍɪɴᴅsᴇᴛ #aspire #dccontentcreator #dmvcontentcreator #didyouseethat
