Introducing the Co-Director of Membership 👥: Joyous Walker 💫
Senior Biochemistry (Forensics Concentration & Neuroscience Minor) Major 🫆

“I joined SPARK as a 2021 participant which led to my decision to attend State. I can genuinely say the conference changed me in many different ways while also educating me as I am a First Generation Student! As soon as I stepped on campus, I made it my mission to continue sparking that drive inside future students.” 🌼

A fun fact about Joyous is that she has been trained in 4+ styles of dance since the age of 9! 🩰

Introducing Joyous Walker!

Joyous is a Sophomore, Biochemistry Major with a concentration in Forensics!

I chose SPARK because it was so influential that it solidified my decision to come to State. Now I want to inspire students that were in my same position and give them different outlooks on education in college.

A fun fact about her is that she has been a trained actor for 8 years!
