In 4 months I added +55 pounds to my meet total and increased my DOTS by 17 points, which is absurd. Missed my thirds on squat and deadlift due to fear of re-injuring my hip but I’m still very happy with the results. Thank you to my beautiful girlfriend @msx.lifts who handled me and helped me achieve this goal.

Yesterday was quite the day for Logan Vault Crew and @alwaysrangerstf . Here's a recap:

The Logan Boys team were MVC Champions 🏆 by a literal HALF POINT 🤏
•
The Logan Girls team took 3rd with a huge number of PRs 🤘
•
Logan vaulters collectively scored 34 points (teams combined scored 253.5) 💃 do the math.
•
Girls PV Conference Champion! 🥇
•
5 PV alums showed up to support because VAULT FAM IS FOREVER ❤️ (didn't get a picture of them all, sorry!)
•
Innumerable bendysticks were made bendier 🍌

With the WI 2023 T&F season right around the corner, here's our first athlete shout-out of the year: senior & bendystick crew leader Mai See Xiong. After a long junior year consisting of tearing an ACL, a postponed surgery, and rehab complications, Mai See 2.0 🦿 is back stronger than ever and ready to hit the runway.

A leader all around, Mai See is also known for her spotless academic record 👩🏻‍🎓, being President of the SEA Club as well as a State Runner-up Powerlifter 💪, and of course, for her favorite word: ✨slayyy✨. With 3 y's 💃
