Morning e-bike ride today. Great views and weather here in the Owens Valley😁. My friend @xanandaarts suggested I get an e-bike. He was right as usual. #easternsierra #lonepine #mtwhitney #lectricebikes #morningride

This is Furcraea foetida (Mauritius Hemp), a succulent from South America and the Caribbean and related to Agaves, now naturalized in Hawaii. This is a seed grown plant from seeds collected in Hawaii (not by me). I am probably one of the few people in the Phoenix area that owns this plant.

This one has been growing beautifully in a pot by my dear friend @xanandaarts

Arrojadoa rhodantha, a Brazilian cactus, starting to bloom. I love the pink color of the flower and the segmentation of the spines.

This cactus lives in one of my favorite Shino pots by the Master @xanandaarts

A special plant needs a special pot. This is red flower Echinocactus grusonii, normally they bloom yellow flowers. A very unique hybrid.

Thank you to Jason from @arizonacactusgrowers for gifting me this beautiful unique cactus and to Xananda Wollard from @xanandaarts for gifting me the pot.
