Today has been totally unexpected from very early this morning. The bitter truth is I’ve not eaten or consumed any white food items aka dead carbs for over a week and had forgotten because not much happened within my body in the way of shifting or change. Until today!! I have also been doing double the amount of subconscious compass work each day to rid myself inside and out of any toxic build up in preparation for being fully present for the start of my Food of Life Academy which starts next week. So there was a lot of toxic energy released today all of a sudden. I feel energised and amazing now, thankful for the experience. Later in the afternoon my big son Joseph and I went for a walk in search of interesting ingredients. Spontaneous decision, we stopped in to watch The Count of Monte Cristo 2024 new release all in French starring Pierre Niney. An epic, thoroughly well constructed masterpiece. You may remember the numerous times over the years I’ve shared that my favourite author of all time is Alexander Dumas. This adaptation of the novel is the closest to the original text I’ve ever seen. The acting from all cast is outstanding. My only regret was that I hadn’t pre arranged this so my teenager wasn’t with me. He’s a huge fan of the author too and totally gets the deep meaning in the works. So I will go and watch this one again with him for definite. My sunshine son drove to meet me afterwards so I had a lovely car ride home. An unexpected day but one I am truly grateful for. ❤️ #helenrosekaliajacobs #kinglekti #thecountofmontecristo #pierreniney #jeremyirons #cineworld #bigscreen #movies #purge #cleanse #energyshift #frequency #vibrations #subconscious #subconsciouscompass
