Concept + photography for the @caferestaurantsandberg x @schilovancoevorden x Yayoi Kusama menu. / Inspired by the new exhibition at Stedelijk, this 5 course menu takes influence from various Kusama works. Art to see, art to eat.

It was a pleasure working on these, and thanks @annefoekema for the trust as always. Poster design is by @gekezaal

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

🔵 Restaurant Sandberg and chef Schilo van Coevorden present a 5-course dining experience inspired by Kusama’s work. Launching the 10th of September, the dinner series translates the artist’s distinctive visual language into flavour, texture and form.

🟡 We’ve been preparing for months and are very happy to be sharing with the big public finally! The seats are VERY limited, so book in time. The menu represents the personal tribute of Schilo van Coevorden to Yayoi Kusama.

🟢 From today you can book this special dinner for the following dates: 11, 12, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26th of September through www.caferestaurantsandberg.nl

🔴 The five course menu is 69,- per person. Allergies and dietary wishes can be taken care of, when communicated in advance.

We would love to welcome you soon!

PIZZA SUNDAY - JAPAN SPECIAL!
14th of June at Café Restaurant Metro 🇯🇵 🍕 ⚽️

This one is very special: we are inviting our friends Oof Verschuren and Joris Vermeer to curate a part of our menu, because we are going to watch the WK game together at 22:00 on big screen! Japanese vinyl to complete the vibe.

THE MENU will be released soon! Oof wil create this very cool pizza, with Japanese style & flavours. Metro will still be in charge of 2 pizza’s, which always contains the Margherita (we will never do one without of course). Joris will in his return be present with his Sake Bar and pair a wonderful sake with every pizza. He can tell you everything and open your sake-eyes!

So, make your booking for your pizza lunch or dinner and expect the game on BIG SCREEN to watch it with all your friends at 22:00. ⚽️ 🇯🇵 🍕

SEE YOU THEN!

(Because we expect quite some people, please book your table upfront!)

Omfietsen dus!

🌞‼️
