October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and this year I want to share something very close to my heart.

I’ve lost my sister to this horrible disease and it has been an incredibly difficult journey for our family. Losing someone you love is never easy and healing from that loss takes time. We continue to stay strong as a family, finding strength in our faith and looking forward to brighter days. Healing is an ongoing journey, and we’re taking it one day at a time.
At the same time, I’m incredibly grateful to still have my Mom with us, a breast cancer survivor. Her journey is a reminder of how precious life is and how important it is to keep fighting. She is one of the strongest people i know!!
To everyone who has lost a loved one to breast cancer, I’m sending you so much love, strength, and comfort. You are not alone 💗
And to everyone who is still fighting this battle: please don’t give up. Keep holding on to hope, lean on the people who love you, and trust that God will give you strength, even on the hardest days.

Let’s continue to raise awareness, encourage early detection, support one another, and never take the gift of life for granted.

In loving memory of my sister, and in honor of my Mom and every survivor, fighter and family affected by this disease.💗 🎀

Our monthly post is a special one today☝🏼

9 months! Simeon has officially been out in the world longer than he was in my belly 🥺 Time is flying by, and there’s so much to take in and enjoy.

This past month has been all about vocal development, discovering new sounds, and practicing those first steps toward walking🏃‍♂️.

We also had lots of fun outdoor activities. We visited Madurodam (1st time for all of us), enjoyed a sunny family reunion, went to a birthday party and squeezed in a few lunches together.

The highlight of the month was, of course, Simeon’s baptism, which I shared more about in my previous post 🤍

Oop, forgot to mention those teeth! They’re crazy, I know.

Today i want to take a moment to tell you how much you mean to me. You are the strongest person I know. Growing up and seeing you through the years, facing all your battles—losing your children and your husband—. You have carried so much pain, yet you continue to stand tall, with love and strength that inspires me so much.
