Say heyyyy to Nella. 🫀🎨 *insert "You Better Say Something Nice" challenge and Arthur fist*
⠀
She’s nine, curious about approximately everything, and yes, there will be follow-up questions.
⠀
Her imagination has range. Her people mean everything to her. And she’s starting to realize that some of the biggest questions are the ones worth asking.
⠀
I can’t tell you everything about her yet. But I can tell you this little girl has somewhere to take us.
⠀
Take Two, Type 2. A Yale’s Tales story. Coming soon.

⠀
She has questions. A big imagination. A family she loves deeply. And absolutely no intention of being only one thing. Sound familiar?
⠀
This is Take Two, Type 2. A Yale’s Tales story.
⠀
Coming soon.
⠀
Stay super close. We’re just getting started.

Joy is a delight to behold in all her forms. Though she is absolutely heavenly in her final design, her early concepts were no less stunning, drawn by the wonderful Xavier Thomas!

Meet the Dragons Behind the Deck 🐉✨

Thank you to everyone that supported the @kickstarter campaign! PROSPER WITH DRAGONS wouldn't exist without these incredible artists who brought our post-apocalyptic world to life. Each card is a work of art, and I want you to know the brilliant creators behind them:
🎨 @cosmicamazon (Ally R) - Fledgling Dragon, Sky Watch Dragon, Feathered Dragon
🎨 @xavierillustrates (Xavier Thomas, he/they) - Elder Dragon, Locust Swarm, Storyteller
🎨 @keo_chooo_ (Keo Chooo, he/they) - Elemental Dragon, Waterworks
🎨 @bascombsbeastiary (Adam Koot-Bascomb) - Forestry
🎨 @nessatwene.art (Nessa Tweneboah, she/they) - Academia
🎨 Frances Genevieve Philip (she/her) - Flood, Tornado
🎨 @cherryandsisters (Mansi Vinay, she/her) - Clockwork
🎨 @simplynovology (Aranck Bundy, he/they/fae) - Guardian Dragon

Every dragon, every disaster, every detail was crafted with care. These artists didn't just illustrate a game—they built a visual language for an Afrofutures world where we survive, resist, and prosper.

Go follow them. Support their work. Celebrate Black and POC artists making magic happen in gaming spaces.

Preorder at @SistahScifi | https://sistahscifi.com/products/preorder-prosper-with-dragons-by-nicky-drayden

A Merry and Bright Carousel.
Jesus is a reason for the season but it’s mostly unfettered capitalism. Which I don’t think he would appreciate. More from me on slide 4

Joy to the world, y’all.
