If you’re heading to New York, put Ellen’s Stardust Diner on your list.

Since we’re sticking to our R3 plan while we’re away, I ordered the spinach, mushroom, bacon and mozzarella omelette. It was delicious, packed with protein, and proved that you don’t have to throw healthy habits out the window just because you’re on vacation.

The real reason to visit, though, isn’t just the food.

Every hour, the servers stop what they’re doing and put on a live performance. They’re not just singing for fun either. There’s a special tip bucket named Phillip just for the show, and those tips help many of the performers pay for singing, dancing and acting lessons while they chase their Broadway dreams.

Hundreds of performers who have worked at Ellen’s Stardust have gone on to Broadway, so there’s a good chance you’re watching tomorrow’s stars while you enjoy brunch.

Great food. Incredible talent. Such a fun experience.

I’d absolutely go back.

Last night was a beautiful journey to Hadestown with the fierce talented cast and crew of ‪@hadestown‬
Thank you for leaving your hearts on that stage! Y’all made me sob for the last 30 minutes of the show and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I need to get better at asking for selfies but I absolute loved meeting all of you at the stage door and sharing my art and appreciation! Y’all sparkle like Persephone in spring!

The Current Principals & Covers of @Hadestown’s National Tour! Some new cast members have joined the underground since I made this post in the Fall and I figured it was time for a refresh! This cast seems absolutely stacked and I’m so jealous of everyone who has had the chance to see them live! 🤍🌹

If you know, you know! 👀 This season's Broadway performances have been nothing short of incredible, and we’ve loved handing over this account to cast members all season long for special story takeovers.

During takeovers with @itzlilrodney from @MoulinRougeBway, @EllenMcgihon from @ABeautifulNoiseMusical, and @XavierMcKnight from @Hadestown, one message really stood out: “Can I get a personal shoutout? I’m Sophia.” We were thrilled to help make that connection happen for a young Broadway fan all the way across the country. @Sosoennis is the one behind the message!

Thank you to everyone who followed along with this season’s takeovers! 💜

Meet Oliver, our Chief Pawsitivity Officer and BIRTHDAY BOY! 🐩💜

You may have seen him around the McCallum, spreading smiles backstage and making friends wherever he goes. Ollie is a curious goldendoodle with a big personality and the longest lashes you’ve ever seen. Today he officially turns ONE, and we couldn’t think of a better time to give him a proper introduction!

Shoutout to his owner, Marjory, our Director - Artist Services, who is kind enough to share Ollie with all of us. Join us in wishing Ollie a very happy birthday! 🎉🐾
