Around here, race day has two jobs: run hard or cheer harder 🎉

This morning’s cheer crew understood the assignment! Fast, slow, chasing a PR or just chasing the finish, nothing beats watching a sea of runners light up when they hear the noise ahead and realize our crew is pulling for them. Huge shoutout to everyone out there this morning, whether it was hitting pavement or more cowbell!

Race day is better when you’ve got people in your corner.

Tonight was special. Not because of the miles or the pace. Because of all of you. Leaning on each other. Crying together. Laughing together. Showing up for one another through all of it.

Good luck to everyone taking on the @neptunefestival 8K this weekend. And sending all the love across the ocean to our fam @desmond.tillmon and @jpresa_runs as they take on the @berlinmarathon .

…and also to @runwithjalil as he goes for redemption running 100 miles from Richmond back to Va Beach!

With your donations, you helped bless five families through KIT A KID, helping give the next generation the opportunity, resources, and motivation to move.

Words CANNOT even express how truly GRATEFUL I am right now.

First I want to THANK GOD for granting me this opportunity to win recognition of the week for run club at my favorite meet up spot we go to lol👏🏾

Second I want to thank every single person who has come with me on this LONGGGG Journey from day one. North End has really tested my limits, strength, mentality, capabilities, etc but has also brought amazing people into my life. I have met people here who I consider family to me, they genuinely want to see me win and vice versa. Every Tuesday @ 6:30 is literally one of my favorite highlights of the week!!

All it takes is positive community to achieve anything💯 Shout out to @barryclarrk & @michaelrowlland you guys are the best leaders, hosts, mentors I’ve ever met, more blessings to both you guys🙏🏾

Cape Henry Trail is a hottt mess right now but despite a bit of route pivots, the gang labored and won the night! Great teamwork everyone! Everyone got back safely.
