lately i’ve been realizing how easy it is to forget yourself in the middle of motherhood. seven weeks into life with baby number two and i’m only just realizing i haven’t caught up with myself.

this week was rough. i felt all the feels, the sadness, the insecurities, and the loss of me.

i wondered how i could keep up with myself and all the versions that need me to show up. this shit is hard. some days i wake up and feel unstoppable, and other days i sit quietly wondering if i can really do this every day.

but somehow i keep going, and i’m still here. tonight i went through my camera roll and found moments that reminded me of joy - small, quiet ones that made me feel warm and grateful.
so tonight, i’m choosing gratitude.

i’m holding onto those little moments w/ my loved ones and i can’t wait to make more of them tomorrow.
