My second year with Advocates❤️
I’ve been MIA on campus.😬 Where was I? From 9/4-9/8 I spent my time in Washington DC with about 100 youth advocates from 14-24. Each council working on their respective issues. We learned about organizing, policy, gained media training, and more! I met so many incredible people. From the amazing powerful youth leaders to the incredible advocates staff I am so greatful for each and everyone I worked with and connected with🫶🏻

Exciting News:
What started as Slayed by K is now evolving into Xclusive Stylez — a new name, same passion, and even better vibes 💇🏽‍♀️.

As I take the next step in my journey, I’ll be relocating to the DMV area to attend Howard University, and will primarily be catering to fellow Howard students. That said, I’ll still be traveling back and forth to New York occasionally and even some weekends so NYC clients — don’t worry, I got you too!

To everyone who’s ever booked with me, referred a friend, or simply supported me: I’m beyond grateful for you 🙏🏽. This rebrand wouldn’t be possible without your continued love and loyalty.

Expect some fresh new styles dropping soon, but my specialties will always be locs, braids, and twists.
