Who you are will eventually become stronger than what you do.

Titles, money, success, and even opportunities can open doors… but your character is what keeps them open. At the end of the day, people don’t remember every move you made, they remember how you made them feel.

And one thing about growth, it’s never too late to become better. Never too late to check yourself, to evolve, to move differently, to love people better, and to stand on what’s right.

What you see on the surface may not always tell the full story, but who I am is something I stand on every day, on and off camera.

I’m not focused on being perfect, I’m focused on being real, being accountable, and being better than I was yesterday.

Because eventually… who you are will always speak louder than anything you do.

My baby @kylin_alyce turned 24 🎂 I’ve spent the last year and a half watching her… not just grow, but become. 💫

This pic means so much because it’s exactly what our journey has been. Me standing behind her, covering her, guiding her, but also watching her become her own woman.

When she graduated college and turned down a job in Atl to live with me, I knew it wasn’t about convenience, it was calling. God placed her in my care to be shaped, sharpened, and surrounded by wisdom, because sometimes purpose requires proximity.

Because it’s who, not how. A lot of people fail to understand that some of the who’s will give you the how.

And I’m grateful God made me one of her “who’s.”

Remember that you cannot become the right person in the wrong place. Sometimes God will hide you to heal you, before He releases you.

I’ve taught her that your age doesn’t define your maturity and your wealth doesn’t define your success. Don’t focus purely on net worth, focus on self worth.

That it’s not about equal giving, it’s about equal sacrifice, because both of us have grown through this process.

This season has been sacred. She’s learned how to manage money, guard her peace, and develop character that matches her calling. And I’ve learned that mentorship isn’t about control, it’s about covering.

We completed 75 hard the day of her bday where she didn’t drink alcohol for 75 days, worked out twice a day for 75 days straight, and read at least 10 pages in a book each day.

Kylin, I’m proud of the woman you’re becoming. You are my heart, my mirror, and my reminder that legacy isn’t just what you leave behind, it’s who you pour into while you’re here.

Now don’t get me wrong, she is still a mini crash out yall so we are def still working 😂😂 but we are progressing and that’s all that matters!

If you love me leave my baby a few words of encouragement moving forward and tell her Happy 24th Birthday 🎂 Thank you to my big sister @shica_jones_johnson for bringing her into this world when I was 10! Slide 3 is my fav 🥰

Hello Chapter 33 🎂 🥳 You know every year on my birthday since year 30 I thought that I would feel like I’m getting “older” but each year I get more excited because I literally feel like I’m becoming a new person.

I now understand the importance of personal development, spiritual development, leadership development, financial development, and all the things that come with being as well rounded as I can.

Every birthday feels better because I’m getting better and the feeling of being better and walking in my purpose outweighs aging.

I’m not blessed to be blessed. I’m blessed to be a blessing 🔑
