Iran’s regime uses internet blackouts as a weapon. Congress has an opportunity to help change that. Right now, two bipartisan measures focused on internet freedom and human rights in Iran are being pushed for inclusion in the FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act: Amendment # 5902 Based on S. 3900, the Iran Human Rights, Internet Freedom, and Accountability Act. Amendment # 6327 Based on S. 3360, the FREEDOM Act, which addresses U.S. strategy for expanding internet access in Iran, including technologies that can help Iranians stay connected when the regime shuts down the internet. Both measures have advanced with bipartisan support through the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Here is what we need you to do: 1. Find your two U.S. Senators. 2. Call or email their offices. 3. Identify yourself as a constituent. 4. Ask them to support Amendments #5902 and #6327 and their inclusion in the FY2027 NDAA. 5. Ask your friends and family to do the same. You do not need to be a political expert. You do not need to give a speech. Be respectful. Be clear. Be specific. When the Islamic Republic shuts down the internet, it doesn’t just silence social media. It cuts Iranians off from one another and makes it harder for the world to see what is happening on the ground. Internet freedom is human freedom. This is how civic engagement works. One call may seem small. Thousands of constituents making the same clear request are much harder to ignore. Call. Email. Take action. Stand with the people of Iran. #wearecyrus

Iranians have been under lockdown and Internet shutdown for the past 46 days — the highest worldwide. Innocent civilians are being oppressed from all sides: by the government and IRGC within and by external militias hired, trained, armed, and imported by the regime. IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) is a terrorist organization sponsored by the Islamic Regime in Iran. It murdered over 40,000 Iranian civilians in a couple nights in Jan 2026. They also arrested over hundred thousands, are torturing many right now in jails for fake confessions, and hanged hundreds since, many to be waiting for executions too. IRGC is tasked with terrorizing its own people every day. This is the group that the US government is now still negotiating with. Current talk of “regime change” is pure propaganda to further strengthen the IRCG. Nothing will change the suffering of the Iranian people if they remain in power. The reports we have tell that oppression and daily surveillance is only getting worse for the mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers struggling to survive in Iran. THE PEOPLE OF IRAN WANT A FREE DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM — that’s why they risked their lives to protest in the streets. They have also chosen Reza Pahlavi as their leader for the transition to democracy. Please lend your voice and speak out for the people of Iran and help put pressure on Western governments to support this fight for freedom and democracy.

Not every threat announces itself with a uniform. Some of it arrives through intimidation, ideological capture, silence, and the normalization of extremism and terrorism. Across the West, we are watching the consequences of appeasing Islamist colonization movements, excusing jew hatred under the guise of “antizionism”, and pretending that violent ideas such as jihad are just another form of “cultural diversity.” Jews are being harassed, assaulted, and murdered while too many leaders look away, celebrate it or excuse it. From attacks on Jewish communities, to the intimidation of Jewish children, to the bloodshed that took the lives of Karen Diamond, Yaron Lischinsky, and Sarah Milgrim, screaming “FREE PALESTINE”, this is not abstract. This is real. This is happening now. A free society cannot survive if it is too cowardly to confront extremism. We do not have to surrender our values to people who despise them. We do not have to stay silent while antisemitism and anti western sentiment is repackaged as activism. Say no to Islamist extremism. Say no to antisemitic terror.
