Less “we should totally do something soon” and more actually doing it. 💕✨

We teamed up with Mollie from Lucky One Crafts for the perfect combo of movement, creativity, and connection!

First, we got our sweat on. 💪 Then, we traded weights for charms and created the cutest personalized bag accessories. 👜

$There’s a reason we spend so much time teaching things you can’t actually see. A collection of candid iPhone clips from the middle of SCULPT classes, showing just a fraction of the instruction happening throughout every class. We don’t just tell you what move you’re doing + how to perform it. We teach you why we chose it, how the muscles involved actually function, what you should feel + how to create that feeling, what you shouldn’t feel + how to make adjustments, + how to prevent the wrong muscles from taking over. We teach how to initiate move from the intended muscle rather than relying on compensation, how to position your body to create the most effective resistance + how to breathe, coordinate your movement + recognize when you’re getting close enough to muscular failure to create meaningful change. We want you to understand WHY. You’ll try out moves before class begins + choose your springs based on your own strength, the muscle being worked, the demands of that particular movement + how fresh your body is. Your neighbor shouldn’t have the same springs as you + you shouldn’t use the same resistance for completely different muscle groups or for a good class flow. We separate work for the same muscles rather than exhausting them with consecutive exercises. Our goal is to make your work productive as possible instead of making every second feel harder. 2 people can perform the exact same move + 1 can be creating a significantly better stimulus because of how they’re performing it. Our coaching goes far beyond what a movement should look like. We want you to understand what is actually happening with your body, not just what someone sees from the outside. We also demo constantly, you should never feel lost. SCULPT isn’t programmed around a beautiful flow or how long you can tolerate burn. It’s built around choosing movements, resistance + exercise order with the intention of progressively changing your body. The moves themselves are only part of what makes a workout effective. How they’re taught, performed + programmed matters just as much. We don’t believe that level of instruction should be reserved for personal traini$
