CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ⛰️👏🇵🇹

Big shout out to @xkorekx for her recent traverse of Madeira 💯 what an insane achievement to tick off and it's not even her main adventure of the year 🤯

Splitting the traverse up over four days, each day was a big undertaking! I shall pop the rough stats below! A crazy amount of elevation in the legs over the traverse!

It's now time to focus training to take onua big ultra marathon towards the end of summer 🏃🏻‍♀️

Day 1 - 29km / 2250m
Day 2 - 28km /1121m
Day 3 - 27km /1853m
Day 4 - 45km / 1258m

Swipe through to see some photos and stats from her adventure! 📸🌄

Hiking with disabilities is not easy.

It's all about finding the balance, knowing when to push past the pain and exhaustion and when to take it easy.

I am very lucky to have @xkorekx to hike with. Thank you for the encouragement, the cake and the Polish tomato noodles 🥰

Welcome to the Coaching Academy ❤️

Here are the legends that have joined the Coaching Academy over the past few weeks.

What did they all have in common; they realised enough was enough and that they knew they deserved better of themselves

What do they all have in common now?

A thriving community of like minded people on a similar journey to themselves as well as an overwhelming belief they can achieve their goals.

I’m buzzing to see where our journey takes us.

SO HOW DOES MY COACHING PROGRAMME WORK?

You’ve seen the impact my coaching services have on my clients but unsure what it entails?

Where do you begin, what do you receive,Etc.?

Keep reading, and I will explain everything you need to know about my coaching service.

👋I work with parents and people in their 30’s & 40’s who want to take
back control of their health and
fitness.

👉People who have lost direction and let themselves go.

👉People who want to live happier,
healthier lives but not spend all day
working out.

I do this by creating bespoke no fuss 30 minute workouts and nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle.

My unique system 3x3 Method
helps you reach your fitness goals.

I don't do one size fits all plans because, let's face it, we both know they don't work!

I also use tried and tested nutrition
principles showing you how to eat to
meet your goals.

I guide you every step of the way to a fitter, healthier, and happier you!

Through the methods in my coaching programme, I will help you improve your:

💪 Strength
🏃‍♂️ Fitness
🍏 Nutrition
🔥 Confidence

If you would like to find out more about my coaching programme,

Send me a DM with the word "Coaching”.

Cheers,

Calumn
