I didn’t realize how much grief I was carrying until it finally caught up with me.

A man d*ed in my arms.
My best friend was taken.
My grandfather passed.
A family matriarch is gone.

3 funerals in 4 months… and somewhere in all of that, I kept moving like I was okay.

But I wasn’t.

This chapter of my life isn’t about being strong or pretending everything is ok. It’s about sitting with it. Naming it. Accepting it.

I feel like everything around me has crumbled… but i will rebuild brick by brick. 🧱❌🧱

New Orleans - some of the funnest times while there! I miss our private fishing excursions. We could get to a fishing hole or water in 5-10 minutes. Great times
