My photography has always been about experience over expectations and I’ve been trying to find ways to weave this into the work I do within the wedding industry.  When I met Amber @XOplanningco, we knew we wanted to design a shoot that felt a little more grounded in intentionality. “What if your wedding wasn’t about following a traditional script, and instead focused on writing your own?” And that’s where an idea for a full day elopement came into existence. In my humble opinion, elopements deserve to be planned and approached with just as much care and intentionality as any traditional wedding.  So we joined efforts to create an experience-led day that proved an elopement doesn't have to mean a two hour ceremony or running off to the courthouse. It can be a quiet morning on the lake, getting ready together, private vows at the lighthouse overlook, a ceremony in Camden harbor, a picnic in the park, an afterparty at your favorite local bar.  It’s the opportunity for a full day grounded in celebrating what makes your relationship unique and special. As your photographer, I don’t just want to document your wedding. I want to help you create an experience you’ll never forget. I believe love deserves to be celebrated without pressure, expectations, or a one-size-fits-all approach. Because at the end of the day, your wedding should be whatever the hell you want it to be and it should feel 100% you. Come as you are. Embrace in the experience. Throw the damn rulebook out the window. I'll be here to capture the moment.
