Practice how you play. When training remain chaotic but controlled, Violent but smooth. Football is an art form, get your reps in #LOS

Practice executing this common finesse combo of shimmy/stutter to club. Best used in inside techniques it is a good way to make a lineman over think and shoot his hands when you have a two-way go.
•
This part of our progression we work the hips before we actually execute the move it’s self. After the second cone be ready to get back into position, we notice when a lot of guys run the cone drills or bag drills they get their hips squared too slow.
•
Coaching point 2: When shaking or stuttering don’t stutter in place make sure your are always gaining ground towards target. Then when you get in punching range wait for the lineman to shoot, and execute your move #LOS

Everyone starts at different spots but the vision of the finish line is all the same. Working on our clubs at half speed, harnessing the power from the hips, and striking with a low center of gravity. When you see these guys execute this flawlessly on Saturdays and Sundays just know it took #1000reps to get to that point #LOS

God calls us to use our abilities to our greatest potential for His glory, and that includes whenever we step on the field,” Keenum said. “It’s not to beat the guy next to you; it’s to recognize it as an opportunity from God to reveal His glory.”
