Coaches Team — American Parkour Rendezvous, Boston 💕

This experience taught me something important:

When you bring together highly skilled and specialized people, united by the same purpose, you don’t need to force teamwork. The team simply makes things work.

That is exactly what happened here.

It’s not about artificial team-building activities. When expert people truly believe in the same objective, they take responsibility not only for their own role, but also for one another.

They look out for each other.
They support each other.
They care about the quality of the collective work.
And when something needs to be done, they step forward and make it happen.

*This is how a group of individuals becomes an excellent team.*

The next pictures are from the special session we created for the kids’ classes.
A huge thank you to my partner Camilla, and to Rob and Georgia, the best assistant coaches I could have dreamed of.

What a team. ❤️

Together, we worked on cooperation, collaboration and effective communication through the XPLORE methodology.
The children loved the class. They trained for an entire hour without stopping, fully engaged from beginning to end.

Lastly, thank you to the entire ARDV staff for creating the best parkour event I have ever attended.
Thank you for welcoming me into the circle of the ARDV coaching family and allowing me to work alongside some of the greatest parkour experts from around the world.

What a privilege.
What an experience.
What a dream.
