A quick recap video of my performance at the All American Amatuer put on by the one and only @hendo580 . Like all shows he does it moved fast and efficiently so it had me calling some long lost dinosaurs after back to back AMRAPs 😅 but it's ok I had my @nike Jurassic Parks on 🦖🦕.

5 Events

1- 635lb AMRAP trap bar. Was shooting for 10-11 hit 13
2- 260lb Log AMRAP- wanted anything above 4, got 5
3. Max Sandbag to shoulder- not a great event for my T Rex arms so hit 268 to be conservative failed the 300lb
4. 166lb CDB for reps- just wanted to not ZERO, GOT 2 🙌
5. Power Pin hold for time 52secs

Overall I did better than I wanted for each event(besides bag to shoulder) however did not qualify for Nationals on this one. Time to hunker down and get back at it for the next one.

All videos will be posted shortly

Sometimes ya gotta let loose and just be you.

We get so caught up in the style of clothes, the people around us, who’s watching, who am I watching and all ya have to do is turn off your surroundings and just be you.

THATS TRUE FREEDOM
