Another successful day doing what I love alongside my catering partner @chefarmandoquiroz . I Got booked to cater a friends engagement dinner this past weekend in Beverly Hills. He asked for an elevated dining tray pass experience with a personalized menu catered around his fiancés 5 favorite dishes.

The dishes included Spicy tuna crispy rice topped with yuzu avocado cream and caviar, Korean Wagyu short rib in kimchi butter, seasoned rice and kimchi, Black truffle mornay mushroom pasta topped with fresh truffle, crawfish “the whole shabang” seafood boil with andouille sausage and potatoes, and Wagyu beef skewers marinated with Curri spices finished with our signature Aleppo chili chimichurri. A customized menu for a very special occasion. SHE SAID YES 💍

We also assisted with booking bartending services and customizing a cocktail program designed around the client and his now finances favorite fruits, flavors and spirits.
