Welcome back to X SERIES for 003, serious Sunday service with @lucarizz0_ A few months ago, I was at an event watching Rizzo play for the first time (b2b with my next X SERIES partner 😉) and knew pretty quickly that we were extremely compatible musically. This one felt so smooth and we just clicked. It was genuinely enjoyable to put together, and with our styles being so similar, it made for a really natural journey through both of our sounds. At points, it honestly felt like I was playing with myself, which is always a good sign of a b2b. Played some records I’ve been waiting a long time to play, alongside a few personal favourites. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue at the studio, we lost around 35 minutes of audio from this one. Completely out of our control, and I’m gutted because it was a great 35 minutes of music. Rest assured, I’ll be getting Rizzo back on for another extended session soon. Might have to treat you all to four hours next time! Been looking forward to recording this one for a while, and I’m even more excited to finally share it with you all, link in bio x

Welcome back to X SERIES for 002 with my brother and co-founder of XTAC @malocodj For 002 I wanted the music to be explosive, high energy and completely evil, there’s no better guy to do that with than him. I got to play some really nasty beats that have been collecting dust on my USB for the best part of a year, loco gave me the space to be able to do this. This was less of a journey but a lot more of a party, I had too much fun making it surrounded by the people closest to me all sharing the same moment, safe to say it was pretty special. The chemistry was completely undeniable as expected. I honestly wouldn’t be on this journey without him and it was a true privilege to create this set for you all, but an event bigger privilege to call him my bestmate and be on this journey step by step with him. Welcome to X SERIES For my first installment I wanted to give you all 3 hours of music that is a true reflection of my sound and create a journey that feels like me, with the records I love. In future installments I’ll be inviting friends on with different ideas and approaches to really give myself a challenge to adapt. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it.
