I’ve failed to make this post sooner, post show life has been crazy busy but I can’t let another day go by without thanking all my special people✨

I truly have the best people in my corner, and I couldn’t be more thankful!

A huge thank you to my coach Josh for believing in me, and helping me become the athlete and person I’m striving to be. None of this would be possible without your guidance, dedication, and belief in me!

My husband, family, friends and teammates as well. You are all rockstars and the love and support from each, and every one of you will never go un missed! 🫶🏼

This journey has already taught me so much, and it’s only the beginning. There is so much more to accomplish, so much more to learn, and so many goals ahead. I’m excited for what’s to come, and I can’t wait!
We’re just getting started. The sky is the limit. 🐺

photo dump for my people ♥️

Everyone says bodybuilding is a lonely sport, but I have never felt that way. To my friends, family, coaches, teammates, coworkers, idols, strangers in the gym, girls I've met backstage, and everyone that's supported me, thank you. I strongly believe that your environment and who you surround yourself with guides the direction of your life. My corner is full of the sweetest souls, I am so blessed. Wouldn't be where I am today if I was in this alone.

JR NATS RECAP 🤠🩷🤘🏼

i thank God every day for many things in my life. after this week, i’ve been thanking him extra for some of the amazing people he has placed in my life. these two girls right here have relit a spark in me for coaching that i didn’t realize i needed.

we had SO much fun! we laughed (too much), cried (hannah don’t mention this lol), and left with some hardware 🏆🙂‍↕️

Hannah placed 4th in Wellness at her very first national show🤘🏼 we knew we were going to need a bit more size, but we still brought the conditioning & presentation to get that 4th spot. i’m super proud of Hannah for the transformation she had just two weeks after her overall win! now it’s time for a long off season to grow & focus on some big life moves✨

Christine placed 6th out of 19 Fit Model girls! this was Christine’s first national show & second show ever. from clean sweeping her first regional show to holding her own at nationals, she has proved she’s made for this! we got judges feedback & will be hitting the stage again very soon 👀

it was such a great weekend with both these girls. 🥹 thank you both for trusting me & having some fun this weekend! this is what it’s all about 🫶🏼

onwards & upwards 🚀

and that’s a wrap on my first season competing 🫶🏻

I had an amazing time this weekend and I’m so grateful for the experience. my feedback was to grow my upper body, but that my posing, presentation, and suit color were all spot on.

I didn’t get the placing I was hoping for, but I’m incredibly proud of myself for stepping on a national stage in only my second ever show and my first time in the Fit Model division.

feeling really satisfied leaving this season behind, and now I’m motivated to dial in my reverse after my Colombia trip (🤩) and fully shift into my offseason to eat, grow, and build. I’ll be back on stage down the line- better than ever!

coach: @josh.wolfe.official (thank you for taking over my prep and being the best!!)
