POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The Big Half. Big Vibes. Bigger community.
.
@trackandcore showed up and showed out!
.
13.1 miles of movement, magic and a little bit of madness. lolz
.
London, you beautiful thing.
.
Different faces, different paces, different stories, all sharing the same streets. The cheers, the smiles, the strangers shouting your name, the familiar faces reminding you why we do this.
.
Because running has never just been about the miles. It’s about connection, belonging and finding joy in the simple act of moving together.
.
A celebration of community, of showing up, of lifting each other when the legs get heavy and the smiles get bigger.
.
Some chase PBs. Some chase the finish line. Others simply chase that feeling of being part of something special.
.
One city. Thousands of stories. A whole lot of love.
.
That’s the beauty of running. That’s the magic of community.
.
Big Half, you were a vibe. London, you have my heart.
.
Until next year signing off with love.

POV: Building 2 businesses in the fitness industry 🎥 @tsmfitness @futurechampsedventure

Today’s to-do list:
✅ 7 PT clients coached
✅ 4 x 1-2-1 meetings
✅ Team interview
✅ Online client check-ins
✅ Planning, problem-solving & building behind the scenes

A lot goes on that you never see but that’s all part of growing something worthwhile.

Every session, every meeting, and every check-in is another step towards building Future Champs and TSMFitness.

If you’re ready to stop putting your fitness on hold and want a coach who’ll keep you accountable, I’d love to help..

📩 DM me “COACHING” for:
• 1-2-1 Personal Training
• Online Coaching
• Custom training & nutrition
• Accountability that gets results

POV: building 2 businesses in the fitness industry 🎥 @tsmfitness_ @fit_teacher_collective @futurechampsedventure

From coaching 8 PT clients with TSMFitness LTD, squeezing in a quick training session myself, checking in with our online coaching clients… to switching gears for a big Future Champs Edventure LTD planning meeting, mapping out Sports Days and preparing for the next academic year 🏫⚽️

A lot of moving parts.
A lot of responsibility.
But we’re building something bigger than us 💯

This is what entrepreneurship in the fitness industry really looks like.
