Free for all Friday! The Compound is building healthy fit bodies over here! Today I just want to try something different @strong_roots_llc utilizing the machine in a different way, but still working back muscles and triceps. I have stuck to the workout plan everyday since I started this journey! Yes I will continue to push myself because I came too far to give up! So watch me work be patient because it doesn’t happen over night…….💪🏽😉

Coaches need coaches too. If I want to TAKE MY WELLNESS TO THE XTREME then I want someone that’s gonna help apply the pressure!!! So I reached out to someone I know and watched for a while in her own workouts, that has the knowledge of functional training and recovery @erynmcnichol ! I started with the basics because sometimes we have to be open to unlearn what we know to learn something new! I’m excited to see what this new chapter holds!!! HIT HER UP FOR YOUR TRAINING OR SOME GREAT STRETCH AND MOBILITY SESSIONS!!

What 3 months of hard work, focus and consistency looks like…No knife. No pills. Just hard work and discipline. WE’RE stilll just getting started!!!!✊🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Round 2 of the @xtreme_wellness_ _ Transformation challenge just ended and here’s what I got out of it. You see the physical results but it’s much deeper than that, mentally and socially I am a completely different person. I see myself growing daily and will continue to do so. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ll say it over and over the support is surreal at @xtremecompound !!! This support system I have is more than you can imagine. I got a whole squad pushing me and I’m pushing them!!! We’re working together let’s do this yall because we’re alllllll coming out on top. They know who they are I’m not tagging everyone bc it’s way to many🖤🖤🖤🖤lol

A huge thanks to coach’s @dvinity_vibe @laticiapittmanofficial @helloits_chandra for helping me with this program physically, emotionally and sooo much mentally. I also gotta say thanks to @thegiftd1 for pushing me to never stop and go farther then I think I can in group classes 💪🏼💪🏼👏🏼✊🏼

Happy 9 month anniversary @xtremecompound 💛🖤💛🖤

This is literally more than just a gym!!! @thegiftd1 goes above and beyond for everyone that walks through the doors. He is supportive and motivating by just being him!!! and he surprised us with @youngbloodzatl on a Monday night lol 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I remember it took me about 3 months I think to to get the courage to sign up..then another 3 months to start coming consistently ((we all know I’m shy and awkward lol)). Welll over the past couple months this place is becoming something very special to me. I know I’ve said it over and over but theee amount of support in this place is surreal. I’m meeting more and more amazing people everyday!! As I become closer to some pretty solid ones I’m extremely grateful.
