It’s so hard to put into words what this sport has meant to me…

from being a little girl walking into the gym for the first time to now finishing my senior year… it went by faster than I ever imagined.

This sport became my second home. So many days spent there—sometimes more than at my own home—growing up through every stage of life inside those walls. Through injuries, setbacks, and challenges I never saw coming, it still shaped me into who I am today and taught me how to keep going even when it got hard.

My coaches became more than coaches—they became mentors, role models, and people I know I can always go to. They believed in me on the days I didn’t believe in myself, pushed me, supported me through everything, and helped shape not just my sport, but who I am as a person. I’ll carry everything they’ve taught me forever.

And my teammates… they made it all so much more than just a sport. They brought the fun, the laughs, the energy, and the positivity on the hard days. They turned long practices into memories I’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful for every one of them and the sisterhood we built together.

And to my parents—thank you for every drive, every early morning and late night, every pep talk, every doctor’s appointment, and every moment you spent worrying, especially not wondering if you would get a call about your daughter getting hurt. Your support never went unnoticed, and I wouldn’t have made it through this journey without you.

This sport gave me so much more than routines, scores, or medals. It gave me memories, lessons, lifelong people, and a version of myself I’m so proud of.

If I could, I’d take just five more minutes of it all…

I’m forever grateful for this chapter and everything it gave me…

Xtreme will forever me my second home and I wouldn’t trade it for the world,

Thank you gymnastics!šŸ¤
