The kids are all grown up and getting married!! They're basically like my extended family 💗 Wedding was filled with little personal touches that were super cute and thoughtful. Cheers to the newlyweds! 🥂

I FINALLY got to try @dintaifungusa in Scottsdale Fashion Square, and it was an experience to say the least.

I went with my husband @omransarwarii, my longtime close friend @xvictorialex, and our new friend @amberkassisieh!

It’s definitely recommended to take multiple people with you so you can enjoy family style.

There are also vegan options for anyone who wants to eat wontons that contain no meat.

How I got my reservation: I checked the yelp reservations page every night around midnight AZ time. You will have multiple options to choose from! Be careful not to refresh too many times or you will get booted. BEST OF LUCK!

my med school friends threw me a surprise send off a few weekends ago before i moved home & finally ended this chapter in AZ.

i’ve been following lunar new year themes more closely lately, having shed a lot last year in the #yearofthesnake & now charging into this new #yearofthehorse

i am beyond grateful for these people here. thank you for being the best part of my med school experience 🤍

i be seeing you all later 😉

2025 was a season of endings.
You won’t see most of the hard moments here—but they existed.

What you will see is what I chose instead: gratitude, kindness, self-compassion, and peace.

Endings aren’t failures.
Sometimes they’re the beginning of coming home to yourself. ✨

🤝 Street Medicine in Action 🩺
•
Today, members of our Harm Reduction Club had the privilege of joining the Circle the City’s Street Medicine team 🚑✨. Over the past year, we’ve worked to expand opportunities for medical student involvement in street medicine—and we are grateful to see these efforts come to life 🙌.
•
Our goal remains clear: to meet patients where they are 🏙️ and provide compassionate, harm-reduction–centered care ❤️‍🩹. This experience not only strengthens our clinical skills 📚 but also reinforces our commitment to serving unhoused and underserved populations 💙.
•
We look forward to continuing this meaningful work alongside Circle the City @circlethecityaz and our community partners 🌍🤝.

Let’s keep building a movement. Thank you for helping us reduce harm today 🥰 and remember to “end the stigma” 🤝

Love,
Helen, Kristen, Rain and Alan 🤝
