✅ Diminuir a distensão abdominal
✅ Fazer as roupas vestirem melhor

Assista agora!**

Happy Heavenly Birthday to my Valentina 🤍
My best friend, you would’ve turned 23 today.
I know you’re celebrating somewhere beautiful. We still remember you, we still miss you, and you are never far from our hearts. Not a single day goes by without thinking of you.
I wish I could hold you in my arms again, feel your warmth, and watch you fall asleep like before. If you can, come visit me in my dreams I just want to see you, even for a moment.
You are not forgotten, my cutie. We love you endlessly. You live on through every memory, every laugh, every moment we shared.
Forever 23. Forever loved. Forever in our hearts 🕊️✨🥹🐶💕

Being 450 pounds was incredibly tough everything from walking up stairs to finding clothes that fit felt like a daily struggle. I was constantly tired, and even simple things took so much effort. Losing 120 pounds has completely changed my life. I move easier, feel stronger, and have more energy than I’ve had in years. My confidence is growing, and I finally feel like I’m getting my life back I love all the support we give each other too in our journey to our best version 💪😎
