🎾 3 TYPES OF VOLLEY EVERY PADEL PLAYER NEEDS!

Not every volley is about hitting harder. It’s about knowing which one to use and when 👇

🧱 1. THE BLOCK
Absorb the pace, keep the racket stable and redirect the ball. Perfect when your opponent hits hard and you need control.

🔪 2. THE SLICE
Cut underneath the ball to keep it low and make your opponent work. Great for taking time away and putting pressure on their defence.

💥 3. THE CHANCLETAZO
The aggressive one! A more attacking, punchy volley used to put the ball away when you get the right opportunity.

Which one is your go-to? 👇

How stunning is my new racket and bag!!!!! Truly have been spoilt 🫵 @y1padel

Goodbye to the old days of bringing my handbag onto the court with a padel bat in. Gone but never forgotten 🙏🫶🤫

How can’t not play well with the colour way of that racket…..

“The day I came here for the open day, I told one of the coaches: ‘I don’t think I’m going to like padel, …’ Now? I would spend all day on court if I could!”

One of our regular players, Rachael, explains why she loves padel and how the welcoming atmosphere at Connect keeps her coming back.

Covered courts. Friendly faces. Open to everyone.

Tap the link in our bio to book your court or jump into an intro session this week! 🎾
