This week was more than just a conference—it was a reminder of my why. 💛

I had the opportunity to attend the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Teacher Quality & Retention Program Summer Institute, where this year’s theme was “Teaching and Leading from an Abundance Mindset.” Throughout the week, I learned from passionate educators, collaborated with incredible peers, explored innovative teaching strategies, and strengthened my commitment to becoming the best educator I can be.

Every session reinforced that great teaching is about more than content—it’s about building relationships, creating equitable learning environments, leading with purpose, and believing in every student’s potential. The abundance mindset challenged me to focus on possibilities rather than limitations and reminded me that the impact we make as educators extends far beyond the classroom.

I’m leaving with new knowledge, lasting friendships, unforgettable memories, and a heart full of gratitude. Thank you, TMCF, for investing in us and preparing the next generation of educators. The future of education is bright, and I’m excited to be part of it. 📚✨
