The Panel Session Was Lit!

An insightful and engaging conversation, shedding more light on “Pulling the Weight, Building Enterprise, and Connecting Africa.”
The discussion reinforced the importance of collective responsibility, entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategic partnerships in shaping Africa's future.

Africa's transformation requires more than conversations; it demands bold ideas, intentional collaboration, and collective action. Together, we can break barriers, build sustainable enterprises, strengthen cross-border connections, and unlock the continent's limitless potential.

One Africa. Shared Vision. Collective Impact!

From starting with an idea with a few friends and a lot of faith to now having a physical space where people can walk in and get real support this means a lot to me.

I’m Ben Rawlings Eyong, and over the years, my journey has taken me through entrepreneurship, youth development, travel, conferences, community work, and building platforms that connect people to opportunities.

That journey is a big part of why YAA Group exists.

We’ve helped people build businesses, improve their CVs, find jobs, apply for scholarships and grants, access international conferences, improve their brands get visibility, and turn ideas into something they can actually work with. We’ve also impacted 5000+ Africans with skills for free

And now, you can walk into our office and access these services in person.

📍 Sosoliso, Buea, Cameroon

If you’ve been looking for career support, business services, branding and marketing, writing, tech solutions, coaching, counseling, books, or opportunities beyond Cameroon, come and talk to us.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, YAA Foundation, YAA Group and every project along the way. Your support has allowed us to reach more people, and we’re not taking that for granted.

Our commitment remains simple: helping people grow, helping businesses scale, and helping Africans access opportunities beyond their immediate environment.

If you’re in Buea, don’t just watch the video, stop by our office. Let’s talk about what you’re building and how we can help, we serve @u_maxcoffee coffee

You can have a great product and still struggle to make sales.

Because sometimes, the problem isn’t your product , it’s how you’re marketing it.

If you’re posting consistently, people are watching, but the sales aren’t coming, there’s a reason.

I want to help you find it.

👇 Comment “SALES” and I’ll send you a link to book a FREE session where we’ll look at what may be stopping your product/service from getting the visibility and sales it deserves and how to fix it.

Don’t just build something great. Make sure people see it.

A VISION THAT TOOK YEARS TO BECOME REALITY. 🚀

I have always had a vision to create solutions for people and to build something that serves a greater purpose in life.

When I first got into tech, I had a dream of creating something BIG. At the time, I didn’t know exactly what that would be. I only knew that I wanted to build something meaningful—something that could make people’s lives easier.

Then came the idea of WE-PAY.

WE-PAY was never meant to be just another platform. From the beginning, I envisioned it as a safe, trusted community where people can access different services, solve everyday problems, and carry out activities with confidence.

Today, I am incredibly proud and emotional to finally present this project—not only to the public, but also to my family, friends, loved ones, and everyone who believed in me along the way.

This is not a project that took a few months.

It took YEARS.

Years of ideas, setbacks, learning, sacrifices, uncertainty, rebuilding, and refusing to give up.

And today, with the dedication, efforts, and support of my amazing team, WE-PAY is finally LIVE. 🎉

This is only the beginning.

Thank you to everyone who supported the vision, believed in the dream, and stood by me throughout the journey.

WELCOME TO WE-PAY.

The vision is now a reality.
The journey has just begun. 🚀

WE-PAY — Built with purpose. Built for people.
