𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐖𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 🤎 Shout out to one of the businesses we’re proud to work with. Yaala Sparkling is an Aboriginal-owned and led beverage business founded by Wiradjuri woman Tara Croker, who started it with her mum Mel in 2022. The name comes from the Wiradjuri phrase for “the present moment”. They make sparkling drinks with native botanicals, honouring the native flavours that Ancestors have enjoyed for generations. They work with Indigenous wild harvesters and local farmers, with a goal to lift First Nations representation in the native food industry. You can find them through their online store, their stockists, and their wholesale program for retailers. Support a First Nations business this Indigenous Business Month. Visit their website: yaalasparkling.com Proud to work alongside you. #WhichWayBusinessFocus #LocalAndConnected #IndigenousBusinessMonth #FirstNationsBusiness

7 weeks have passed since the magic unfolded, yet our hearts are still reeling, still dancing in the afterglow of a day that rewrote the script for Australian produce. This is our highlight reel from Meet the Producers, the undisputed Met Gala of the Australian food world. To look back is to feel that electric buzz all over again. As the brilliant @maeveomeara speaks in this video, she captures the exact heartbeat of what drives us: pure, unadulterated passion. We live for this. We breathe this. It was a day spent side-by-side with the absolute best in the business, the visionary artisan producers who pour their souls into the land and onto our plates. To stand in a room fueled by that much dedication, craft, and love is an honor we are still processing. The day may have ended on August 17th, but the inspiration hasn’t stopped buzzing since! 2027 is going to be even bigger, bolder & better #twoprovidores #meettheproducer #farmtoplate #australianproducers #artisanfoodsydney
