I just want to say thank you to @blackpoetsfest for honoring @lifteveryvoiceopenmic at the inaugural Black Poets Fest, it was an honor to be able to share a stage with so many Dope poets and be allowed to speak to ears who have never heard me before the love was so abundantly grand and I can also say without a doubt @trippfontane called me Dope and then murdered the stage!!!! #blackpoetsfest2026

We are just 3 days away from Between Seasons: A Power of 3 Experience.

And honestly, I’m feeling the “between seasons” part in my own life too.

Some days I still want the lighter energy of summer. Other days, my body is already asking for warmth, comfort, rest, and all the things that feel like fall.

Maybe you’re feeling a shift too.

This Friday, we’ll bring together spoken word, soothing sound, and gentle energy work to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Honor what was. Be present with what is. Choose what comes next.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, now is the time to register. 💛

Bring a yoga mat or zero-gravity chair, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you get comfortable.

We’re moving into that beautiful space between seasons—when summer begins to wind down and fall is just around the corner. 🍂✨

On September 18, I’m inviting you to step into that space with us for Between Seasons: A Power of 3 Experience.

Spoken Word • Sound Bath • Reiki

Soothing sound, gentle energy work, and spoken word will be woven together to create space for you to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

You don’t have to arrive feeling peaceful or have anything figured out.

Simply come as you are.

Registration is open. CLICK THE LINK IN BIO
