🌒Quick plonk shot today with the wonderful @yema_watches Superman Titanium Moontide🌕. With a little flick of a reflector card, it can help take a good shot to a great one.

Got to love it when your watch can compliment any outfit! The sand and green bezel of the Oceanguard Elmwood sure is perfect whether or not you match your wardrobe (see second photo)!

Time-Telling Technology Face-Off ⚙️⚡

Three different approaches to chronograph technology, each with its own character:

- Seagull ST1901: Mechanical poetry with visible column wheel action and heritage design
- Seiko SSC813 Prospex: Sustainable solar power with practical reliability
- Bulova Lunar Pilot: Space-proven high-frequency precision at 262kHz

Each represents a different philosophy in watchmaking:
- Traditional mechanical craftsmanship
- Modern eco-conscious innovation
- Technical precision engineering

Which would be your pick for split-second timing?

Fun fact: The Bulova Lunar Pilot is based on the watch worn during the Apollo 15 mission when the astronauts’ standard-issue Omega watches failed!

Nemo has been patiently waiting to be chosen from the Seiko watch box. Every moment I spend with this festive colored dive watch, I grin ear to ear. I challenge you all to gauge your reaction when scrolling through this series.

If you're an American baseball fan, this is a fantastic time of year, especially if you're a fan of one of the 12 teams heading for the playoffs. My hometown team, San Diego Padres, is finishing the regular season strong, so the excitement level here is palpable. The Speedtimer got the call last Friday (before I fell ill) to attend the game vs. Chicago White Sox.

Hispanic Heritage Night featured a great Maricahi band playing the national anthem and topped off with post game red, green, and white fireworks 🇲🇽 🎆.

The Winner in today's "which watch in the watch case, will Eric choose to wear today?" The Casio DW-290 came out on top. Just in time for #digiwatchweek2024 week2024. I think #casioimpossible beat out a rather decent case of piece choices. ⬅️⬅️

Ready for this remark? 🚨🚨🚨🚨
This #omegasmp has better lume than the Sub. Ouch statement 🤦🏻‍♂️
It captivates the light quick, than it last hours. How?

It feels like a tool, yet it is refined, feels elegant, lite, and I see quality.
it is one Sexy piece💯
Omega is really growing on me.

I'm celebrating Tudor Tuesday by sharing photos of last Saturday. I had the distinct honor of officiating the wedding of my dear nephew, the son of my late brother and best friend.

Full disclosure, I was so present that I didn't take one wrist shot. Guess who threw on his suit coat this morning to take some under-the-cuffs to blend in with the weekend shots? Guilty. 🫣.
