Come Peak Week with Me 👋 at our new Junior Squad Home @cocos_gym

Our Squad is Halloween LDS ready and I'm so keen to see what they bring to the floor!
I truly love our Squad, Squad day is the highlight of my week seeing my strong friends destroying it and getting SO STRONG 💪

Massive shoutout to @_ari3lle and @coco_strongman who have given our Squad a Home full of people who make us feel wanted and welcome!

As you know, Empire has been my whole life and I loved that place and all the people in it, it's been a challenge at times to adjust to, but Coco's makes me feel like I belong somewhere too. I am so thankful even if I am a bit weird in how I show it 🤣🧻 IYKYK

Huge Thanks to my Sponsor @strengthsmithau for always making sure I get to compete - the Junior Log is 👌 can't wait to hit a new PB on that!

Let's OG Team!

Come Squad with Me 👋
Our Junior Squad is hitting @cocos_gym for LDS and it happens to be on my favourite holiday of the year - HALLOWEEN.
You should definitely come down to watch, so many of our Squad are competing too!

I haven't posted in a while but I promise I have been working, today at Squad I hit a new Deadlift PB of 52.5kg (+12.5kg) which is exciting because I really want to hit 60kg at LDS. We shall see!

You better believe I've already got my costume ready, Mum doesn't like it but I'll let you tell me what you think later 🤣

Huge thankyou to @_ari3lle and @coco_strongman who for the 2nd year in a row, are giving us Juniors a chance to compete! Please know how much we appreciate you for making room for us kids 💚

Huge Thanks to my Sponsor @strengthsmithau for always making sure I get to compete and have everything I need to do the thing (as Coach says)

Let's OG Team! 5 weeks out Baby!

A few clips from my first ever World Championships.

What a weekend.

190kg squat x2 — PB
125kg sled + 140kg bag push/carry/drag — PB
110kg log x4 — rep PB
130kg farmers each hand — crashed, recovered and still came in in time 🤣
Full loading medley at 110kg keg, 120kg sandbag, 130kg keg and 140kg sandbag — PB
Deadlift escalator to 240kg — PB for me in that format
Then finished with the yoke into dumbbell — blitzed the yoke and pressed the 60kg dumbbell after struggling with 45kg in practice. Another PB.

A massive thanks to @naturalstrongman for putting together such an incredible World Championships and for the commentary and atmosphere across the weekend.

And a huge thank you to @strongpass_ and @cerberus_strength for sponsoring the event and helping make the whole thing possible.

I went to Scotland hoping I could hold my own on the world stage.

I came home knowing I can.

12th in the world in a field of 18 spectacular athletes. PBs all weekend. And one hell of an experience.

Still Standing. 🇦🇺

Worlds is done.

I finished 12th in the Open Masters, hit PBs across the weekend, represented Australia on an international stage, and somehow walked away feeling even more grateful than proud.

What struck me most was how welcoming the whole event was.

To the organisers, commentators, MCs, physios, spotters and loaders — thank you. The spotters and loaders probably moved more weight over the weekend than all of us competitors combined. 🤣

This was my first ever World Championship, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. What I found was one of the most welcoming groups of athletes I could have hoped to stand beside.

A special thanks to @giray_garage @giray_garage, @from_fatman_2_strongman , @old_tired_natty, @wullmcmartin and @_the_red_viking_1 , along with all the other Masters athletes who encouraged each other, celebrated each other’s lifts, shared advice and had a laugh.

The after party probably hit me harder than anything.

Standing beside some of the strongest men and women in the world and being welcomed into that crowd like I had always belonged there was something I’ll never forget.

For months I wrestled with whether I deserved to be on that stage.

By the end of the weekend, that question was gone.

A huge part of that belongs to my coach, @yamumscoach from The Empire Bodyshop.

Emma kicked me up the arse every time doubt crept in. She could see something in me that I couldn’t see in myself, so before I could believe in me, I had to believe in her.

Somewhere along the way, borrowing her belief became my own.

And the funniest part?

Months of prep, flights across the world, hotels, injuries, recovery, coaches, volunteers, officials, physios, loaders, spotters, livestreams and families watching from the other side of the planet…

All of that for about seven minutes of actual work for each athlete. 🤣

Strongman is completely ridiculous.

And I absolutely love it.

To everyone who made the 2026 Natural Strongman World Championships happen — thank you.

You gave me one of the greatest weekends of my life.

It’s part of my story now.
